What is Lonca?
Founded in 2017 by Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, Lonca is an entrepreneurship center designed to empower tech-oriented startups with scalable business models. Our mission is to help startups refine their business model, forge strategic corporate partnerships, and build a sustainable future.

We provide the ideal workspace and strategic training to evolve your project, paired with dedicated mentorship and consultancy. Furthermore, we host events that connect you with fellow founders and the wider tech ecosystem. By joining Lonca, you gain access to Kuveyt Türk’s 30+ years of banking expertise and a network of high-impact industry partners.

Who can apply?
Lonca has no sector restrictions. We welcome any tech-based startup, as long as they have a scalable business model and a working prototype or product. We primarily look for startups that have already launched their product or service, reached a certain level of maturity, and are focused on growth.

When can I apply?
We accept applications year-round. Our evaluation and cohort admission processes happen periodically, yet you can submit your application at any time via our online application form. If your application is suitable for our program, we will include it to the relevant period.

How does the grant up to ₺300,000 work?
Every startup accepted into the Lonca program is allocated a TRY 250,000 cash grant. Additionally, startups engaged in R&D receive an extra TRY 50,000 to support their technical operations.

The TRY 250,000 grant is distributed in four installments based on the following milestone achievements:

  • TRY 50,000 at the start of the program.

  •  TRY 100,000 at the end of the 3rd month, for startups demonstrating active participation.

  • TRY 50,000 for teams delivering high-quality output during the training and consultancy phases.

  • TRY 50,000 for startups that reach their defined KPIs, develop a "market-ready" product, and earn their spot on the Demo Day stage.

Do we need to issue an invoice for the grant?
No. There is no requirement to issue or provide an invoice to receive the grant. The funds are deposited directly into our entrepreneurs' bank accounts as cash.
Is there a fee? Do you take equity?
Absolutely not. Lonca demands no fee, equity or options in exchange for its support or grants.
Can we use Kuveyt Türk APIs?
Yes! Startups looking to integrate financial APIs can access all available APIs in a test environment under the mentorship of the Kuveyt Türk API team. You can also request access to specific APIs tailored to your needs.
